I believe patient outcomes drive my career. Fixing things has always been one of my passions. Fixing people make those rewards even greater. When a patient returns and says “Thank you for returning me my life again”, the emotions that cross the mind and the heart are beyond what can be explained with words. Knowing that patients can get better while doing it faster and with less pain during their recovery phases is my number one motivation for me showing to work every day.

Dr Palomino and I reviewed my shoulder MRI together and he explained thoroughly the issue causing my pain. He then explained my options and the expected outcomes. He then left the decision to me. I opted for an arthroscopic procedure in a couple weeks. Doctors and staff are kind and helpful. I would not trust any other group with my orthopedic issues.

Before my knee surgery with Dr. Palomino I had trouble walking anywhere, it was painful and walked with a limp. 2 weeks out I am pain free, walking without a limp!

Dr. Chalkin is a rare and special physician in that he is the best I've ever seen at what he does AND he is humane, caring, responsive and genuinely concerned about his patients as individuals. He approaches his work more like a "mission" than a job with individualized care, spends time ensuring your questions are answered and is simply one of the smartest clinicians I know. He has operated on me several times and was the only surgeon to be able to accurately diagnose a complicated ortho issue and treated me to where I am fully functional and active today.
