Dr. Mittal is professional, smart,gives you options to choose from. His staff is excellent as well as the Upgrade Care Team. His entire operation is a well coordinated team. The Iovera injection combined with robotic assistance made the Hip Replacent almost pain free with the use of only 2 days of narcotics after discharging from the hospital.

He was very thorough addressed my concerns developed a plan and offered service others don’t. Explained everything and is scheduling my surgery as soon as possible . He comes highly recommended by a good friend .

Dr. Palomino and his team are caring, sensitive professionals. Ten years ago all the muscles were detached from a rotator cuff and in various stages of atrophy. I was scared and in pain. Dr. Palomino showed me the MRI, explained everything and told me straightforward he didn’t know how much range of motion or strength I would get back but I would get rid of the pain. After surgery and many months of physical therapy, I got back more than 90% range of motion and a very good amount of strength. I was 62 at the time. Fast forward ten years. Is it any wonder that Dr. Palomino and his team were the ones I went to with a broken wrist in need of surgery. There they were with the same caring, considerate, sensitive professional manner making me feel comfortable while showing me the x-rays and explaining what needed to be done. Surgery was the next morning and I am positive the results will be positive. Kudos to Dr. Palomino and his team!
