Both of my visits were pleasant experiences. The staff was very kind and helpful and Dr. Palamino was direct and easy to deal with. I tore my bicep and messed my shoulder up so it is a journey.

Dr. Palomino was a wonderful physician and had a good bedside manner. We felt listened to and he answered all of our questions. His office staff was pleasant, as well. We never had to wait very long for our appointments, neither for the nurse to take us back to a room nor to wait for him to come in for the exam.

My surgery was scheduled for 5 p.m., so I knew because of emergencies and longer than expected procedures that 5 p.m. was optimistic. Turns out I was right...didn't get in to the surgery until 7 p.m. However, the staff at St John's BA was great, and Dr. Chalkin was able to knock out my trigger thumb repair in no time. I am 2 weeks post surgery and doing great! I had my follow-up visit today with Brian Graham, and he said I was doing very well...way ahead of the curve. I am happy with the results and hope to see more improvement over the next few weeks!

I’ve never had a more pleasant experience than I’ve had with Dr. Lisa & the staff. My feet are very sensitive(ticklish). I’m my 64 years of life i don’t like people touching my feet, Dr. Lisa has away of getting around this. Her positive attitude & all around friendliness allows the time to fly by. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Holt and his staff are amazing. He has been my doctor for years and always takes as much time as I need to answer any and all of my questions and concerns when I see him.
